Addition by Subtraction

Less is more and more effective. The barbell will give us as much strength gains as the fancy equipment. Eating whole foods is more nutritious than a plethora of supplements. A fully formed morning routine is always beaten by just doing the work.

Simple is always more useful than complex. Add by subtracting. If complex, simplify it. If unable, eliminate it. Be wary of more. Abide a minimalist approach. Our work, and sake of mind, will thank us.
